FFB Bar: A Fusion of Luxury, Elegance, and Art

Designed by JDKJ Design, the FFB Bar is a Silver A' Design Award Winner

The FFB Bar, inspired by Frederick, the most beautiful horse in the world and the brave king of Prussia, exudes a sporty and aggressive vibe. The emerald lacquered finish and the large-area solid wood decoration create a cold and sharp impression. The linear curvature design of the cabinet and the fence makes the sense of strength and force extend along with the lines, creating a very dynamic spatial form.

The unique properties of the design lie in its grand yet elegant style. The gorgeous classical murals, brown leather arc booth, luminous crystal chandeliers, and high-rise solid wood carved wine cabinets provide a strong appeal, encouraging consumers to relax and abandon their impetuous and impatient mood.

The design realization technology involved the use of fish belly white marble, pure copper technology, manual murals, all solid wood beam and column carving, agate green paint baking board, and oak mosaic flooring. The project covers a total of 1360 square meters, making it a grand architectural masterpiece.

The design team, led by Chief Designer Yongfeng Lin, has successfully created a unique scenery that respects the Cantonese people's exquisite life concept. The project started in August 2018 in Shenzhen and was completed in July 2020.

One of the challenges faced by the design team was the creation of a hollow bar location with an eight-meter-high pure wood wine cabinet in a luxury style. Thousands of different kinds of whiskies are strewn in the grid randomly, with some rare wines on the first layer of the wine cabinet which are not on sale.

The FFB Bar was awarded Silver in A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2022. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
